Ardent designer and maker, Ilakya Senthilkumar has a strong passion for ceramics and fiber work. Working to curate her style, she is actively experimenting with various clay bodies and glazing techniques and is looking to incorporate natural fibers into her pieces.

Currently residing in Brooklyn NY, Ilakya is inspired by the bustling city and the creatives that fill it. Kaliman Studios’ next collection will be a series of vases of all shapes and forms to be displayed as a sculptural piece to amplify any space.
